Mn. Cordius Rufus. Denarius, Rome mint, 46 BC. Obv. Jugate heads of the Dioscuri right, each wearing laureate pileus surmounted by star; around, RVFVS·III·VIR. Rev. Venus Verticordia standing left, holding scales and sceptre, Cupid on her shoulder; on the right, MN·CORDIVS (MN ligate). Cr. 463/1b; B. 1-2 (Cordia). 3.88 g. 18.00 mm. Toned. Well centered on an elongated flan. Some striking weakness, otherwise about VF.
